Fair question, and one we get a lot. Every appliance we sell is reconditioned and tested before it ever reaches our showroom floor. We’re not flipping whatever comes through the door; we’re making sure it works the way you’d expect from something brand new, just without the brand-new price tag.
Most of our customers pay less than half of what they’d spend on a comparable new appliance. Same performance, same reliability, just a smarter number on the price tag.
Every purchase includes a warranty, plus a lifetime in-shop labor warranty going forward, meaning if it ever needs a repair down the road, you’ll only ever pay for the part, never the labor.
Scratch-and-dent appliances are typically new units with minor cosmetic imperfections; they work perfectly; they just aren’t showroom-flawless. Nearly new appliances have had light prior use and are fully reconditioned before resale. Either way, you’re getting a tested, working appliance for a fraction of retail.
We handle it for you. Local in-home delivery with full hookup is available, or if you’d rather pick it up yourself, we can also drop it off at your driveway or garage for a lower fee.
